Dr. K. LAVANYA LATHA MBA., Ph.D., PDF., is currently working as Professor, Department of Management Studies, Pondicherry University, Puducherry. She qualified UGC-NET and did her Ph.D in the area of Entrepreneurship from Sri. Venkateshawara University, Tirupathi. She got 25 years of teaching experience and did Post-Doctoral Fellow from Sri. Venkateshawara University, Tirupathi. She got Young Scientist Fellowship for the year 2006 and got four Best Paper Awards. Her research interests include entrepreneurship, marketing and human resource management. She participated and presented research papers in 130 international and national conferences, seminars and workshops. She published 158 research articles in various international and national journals which includes ABDC, EBSCO, SCOPUS and UGC Approved Journals under Emerald, Sage, Taylor & Francis Pub., Presently under her EIGHT Ph.Ds got awarded and guiding 6 Ph.D in the area of HRM and marketing. She got two parents in the area of HRM and she published two books and four edited books. She conducted many conferences, seminars and workshops sponsored by ICSSR, UCG and NCW, New Delhi. She did Major Research Project in the area of Entrepreneurship. Delivered more than 80 Guest Lectures and Chairmanships at National Or International Conference / Seminar / Workshops / Training Programmes sponsored by UGC, ICSSR, DST Etc., to the Students who belong engineering , science and MBA level at various Universities, Technical And Engineering Colleges and Institutes
