Research Area
Thanasekaran Pounraj received his Ph.D. from Madurai Kamaraj University in 1998. He performed research as a Postdoctoral Fellow at Academia Sinica, Taiwan (2001-2006) followed by Auburn University, USA (2006–2007). He served as a Lecturer in Madurai Kamaraj University and then worked as a senior postdoctoral researcher at Fu Jen Catholic University, Taiwan before joining as an Associate Professor at Pondicherry University. His research is focused on synthesis, characterization, photo physical properties, and application of metal-based functional materials.
