Dr. H. Yasmeen Sultana is working as Assistant Professor of Economics at Pondicherry University, School of Management, Pondicherry, INDIA. She has gained 10 years of teaching and research experience and three candidates are pursuing Ph.D under her guidance. Dynamic instructor and thought provoking leader focused on providing students with a rigorous and challenging education, along with the confidence, tools, and skills required to build and advance towards a framework of success. Further, she has visited two countries for academic purpose and has a number of publications in reputed journals International levels. Her research interests are in women empowerment, microfinance and development economics.
