Dr. J.Persis Jessintha is presently working as Assistant Professor in the Department of Computer Science in Pondicherry University, Karaikal Campus. Having 17+ years of teaching experience. Prior to joining this University, she worked as Associate Professor in Computer Science at Bishop Heber College, Trichy, TamilNadu. She received her M.C.A., M.Phil(CS) and Ph.D(CS) degrees from Bharathidasan University, Trichy. Qualified SET in the year 2016.
She has published 8 research papers in International Journals and co-authored a book (Compiler Design). Attended 40 national and international seminars and conferences and chaired 1 International Conference. Her research interests encompass Cloud Computing, Machine Learning, Predictive Analytics and Internet of Things (IoT). She is a Member in IAENG International Association of Engineers.
